Double Zero Pizza

Looking for a great atmosphere and friendly staff during lunch or dinner? Double Zero, located in the Downtown Calgary Core, is one of the greatest hidden gems. Double Zero, named after the finest flour, delivers quality in both service and ingredients. The restaurant serves premium pizza, beer and a good variety of wine.

Finding the restaurant (it’s located on the P1 level) can be a little challenging, but it’s remarkably welcoming. The manager Chris and the bartenders were extremely helpful throughout the entire time we were visiting.

Their Ricotta Fritti were simply amazing that I couldn’t stop eating them! Arugula (one of my favourite vegetables) perfectly complemented the cheesy flavours. Their housemade Italian sausage, kale, chili flake, mozzarella, artichoke and pecorino romano cheese combined for the most unforgettable and incredibly satisfying pizza topping. I will definitely be back for the Ricotta Fritti and to try out other pizzas!

Free in the afternoon? Join them for their Five Dollar Happy Hour from 3-6pm, Monday to Friday. Double Zero also has a late night menu available after 9pm, which includes wine, small bites, pizza pies and a few sweet treats for late night cravings! Gluten-free pizzas are also available.

Reservations are highly recommended. Call for a reservation or click here to book online!
