Time to say farewell but not goodbye

Dear Hyatt Regency Guests, Staff and yycconconcierge.com followers,

As most of you may be aware, I am moving to back to my home city of San Francisco California to take a position as Concierge at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco, and so I wanted to take this opportunity to bid you all farewell.

During the time that I have worked here I have learned a tremendous amount. It was because of your constant support and encouragement that I was able to perform my duties so well. In my position as a concierge, I have gained continuing knowledge and thus I shall always cherish this, as one of the most satisfying phases in my career. Even though I will miss my colleagues and the Hyatt guests in Calgary I’m happy to be amongst family as I continue my career with Hyatt Hotels.

On a personal level, I have shared a special bond with all of you and I shall take away special memories of our time together. I would be delighted if any of you choose to visit me in San Francisco at the Grand Hyatt. If there is anything I can do for you, please do let me know.

Please follow me on my new blog sfoconcierge.com as I will be writing about all the wonderful restaurants, sights and points of interest that make my home-town of San Francisco so unique.

I wish each one of you, the very best in all your future endeavors.
Yours truly,

Matt Ryan
