My Bio

I started my career as a Concierge in 2001 at the Sheraton Suites Eau Claire where I worked as the Overnight Bellman. This position consisted of all Guest Service needs including delivering newspapers and polishing shoes. I worked in this role for 1.5 years and was then moved to daytime valet and doorman. With the amount of experience I was gaining and knowledge I was promoted to Concierge. This was amazing as all my hard work was being recognized and didn’t go unnoticed. This position made me confident and empowered me to assist others in reaching success.

As the year went by I was nominated for the Calgary White Hat Award in recognition for “Best Concierge Award”. I was fortunate enough to win this incredible award. This was yet another milestone of achievement and helped me realize that “the sky is the limit”.

As my experience and goals grew so did my network which brought me to the Hyatt Regency Calgary as a Concierge. With all the knowledge I gained I was set for success in the position and experienced a lifetime of memories. One memory that stands out was taking a couple around the city to help them purchase an estate home. I personally drove them around the outskirts of Calgary to find there perfect location. This is just one of many examples of how this role comes naturally to me.

Each of my many memorable moments have been the leading way for my career and by changing the way of service I’m able to deliver “world class service”. Being a Concierge couldn’t be a better fit for me; I’m very proud of my accomplishments and look forward to making and sharing them along the way.
